Dr. Heidi Saleh was born in Cairo, Egypt and immigrated as a young girl with her family to California. As an undergraduate, she majored in Archaeology and Anthropology at the University of Texas at Austin. For graduate school, she attended the University of California, Berkeley, earning her M.A. and Ph.D. in Egyptian Art and Archaeology through the Department of Near Eastern Studies. Currently, she is an Art History Professor and Art Department Chair at Santa Rosa Junior College.
